DEPTHLESS 3 COLOR FLEXO BAG CUTTING MACHINE (SM002)

SM002 Three-color flexo printing machine consists of three main parts: reel connection system; mold, folding and gluing unit.

The flexo printing machine prints in three colors with water-based or aniline ink. During printing, color adjustments can be made without stopping printing: right-left plate cylinder, up-down printing, complete flexo printing machine can move right and left. The reel handling unit consists of one cellophane reel for the window, one main paper reel, upper arm unit and tank at the top, color adjustment system connecting the bag and the press to each other at the bag entrance, and paper guiding cylinders. This unit is located in front of the bag making machine. Successively, bag folding rods and wheels, ironing parts, mold, automatic adjustable side air expansion units, carrier lower rubber roll, pull steel and rubber wheels on top of it, bands in front, 6 station drum under the bands, and drum pins and paper breakers above. In the front of the drum, there is a collection platform, and in the middle of it, there is a sliding tool support unit.

Our machine can produce 240-430 bags per minute in terms of operation. The paper weights that can be used in production can vary between 35-90 gsm. The maximum paper printing surface is 79 cm, and bag sizes can be arranged in different combinations ranging from a minimum of 70-300 mm to a maximum of 150-580 mm.
