Styrene Acrylic and PVA Production Facility

Turnkey PVA (Polyvinyl Acetate) Production Facility

We successfully manufacture turnkey PVA facilities in various capacities from AISI 304 and AISI 316 stainless steels both domestically and internationally.

It is a water-based Polyvinyl Acetate emulsion with high adhesion strength and flexible film-making properties. When applied, it forms a transparent, flexible, and strong film layer after drying. It has high adhesion strength and is particularly a glue that is resistant to moisture and water.

When used alone, it is D3.

When used with a hardener, it is D4 standard.

APPLICATION AREAS

* Window and door bonding

* Surface bonding

* Bonding of hard and exotic woods (stair construction, etc.)

* Laminate bonding

* Lamella and finger-joint bonding

* High frequency (20,000 kHz) bonding

STYRENE ACRYLIC Production Facility

We manufacture the styrene acrylic production facility as a turnkey project.

Solvent-based acrylic resins have many applications such as road line paints, bead polymers. We provide turnkey production of solvent-based thermoplastic acrylic resin facilities, water-based acrylic resins used for paint, and water-based acrylic resins used for flexo and rotogravure printing inks.

Thermoplastic Acrylic Resins; are resins with very high properties such as color and gloss, alkali and oxidation resistance, hardness, adhesion and bonding strength, and film life, which hold a distinguished place among coating formulas.

It is used in many applications, generally in automotive repair, furniture, and industrial paints, as well as in 2K applications, concrete curing, road line, and metal coating paints.

Our company produces solvent-based thermoplastic resin facilities as a turnkey project.

Areas of use:

  1. Recommended for gold/silver appearance, a thermoplastic acrylic resin with physical curing that prevents the darkening of metallic pigments.
  2. Recommended as a helper binder to improve the hardness and gloss of different paint systems, a thermoplastic acrylic resin with physical curing.
  3. A thermoplastic acrylic copolymer recommended for modifying low-VOC paints. It accelerates curing and improves film hardness, additionally optimizing gloss and brightness durability.

Water-Based Acrylic Resins Application Areas:

  1. Corrosion-resistant primers on various metals (e.g., iron, aluminum), good weather resistance.
  2. Topcoats for metal, wood, and plastics (PS, ABS). Also, temporary anti-corrosive primers on metals can be combined with water-thinnable alkyds.
  3. Stirene modified acrylic emulsion that provides excellent results in corrosion resistance tests and can self-crosslink.
  4. Flexible binder for wall paints, ceramics, and construction adhesives. Fast setting, high initial adhesion, high elasticity, high alkali resistance.
  5. Topcoat paints for wood and parquet varnish.
  6. Filler and transparent insulation primer for wood. Excellent insulation properties against bleeding. Nicotine insulation paints.
  7. Highly elastic roof coatings, insulation components, adhesives. Excellent weather resistance.

Thermoplastics: are materials that can be shaped with heat.
