Seintro STM 400 is an automatic nut salting machine designed to meet high-capacity requirements. It is an ideal solution for ensuring the uniform salting of products in nut processing plants. With capacity options ranging from 1500 kg/hour to 4500 kg/hour, it performs salting for various types of nuts. The machine features an AISI 304 stainless steel frame, offering durability and hygienic production for long-term use. Stainless steel material also ensures full compliance with food processing industry hygiene standards.

The STM 400's automatic features offer significant convenience to the user. Automatic product intake, mixing, liquid and salt spraying, and product discharge capabilities provide an efficient production process. Products are automatically fed into the machine, mixed, sprayed with salt liquid, salted to the correct amount, and then discharged automatically. The machine ensures proper product flow with pouring and discharge flow control. A vibro-sifter at the exit point allows for the homogeneous separation of products after salting.

Liquid preparation and mixing tanks enhance the precision of the salting process. The spraying pump and nozzle ensure that the salted liquid is evenly sprayed on the products. Additionally, a drainage outlet for drum cleaning makes the machine highly user-friendly for maintenance and cleaning. The time-controlled salt auger ensures the salting process is precisely controlled. The liquid mix tank’s lower-level sensor and warning system alert the user when the liquid level is critically low, preventing possible disruptions. Similarly, the salt bunker’s lower-level sensor and warning system help maintain control over the salt level.

The Seintro STM 400 also offers flexibility in managing product variety. The dual-output automatic bypass flow is designed for products that do not need to undergo salting, allowing specific product types to bypass the salting process directly.

This machine can work efficiently with various nut types, including sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, raw peanuts, shelled peanuts, pistachios, shelled pistachios, shelled almonds, raw almonds, and cashews. Capacity options are tailored to these products, with up to 4500 kg/hour capacity available for shelled pistachios.
