General Features of RYD-T120 Weighing Filling Machine
- It is designed for filling non-sticky powder types, crystal products, granular products, etc., up to 5000 pieces daily.
- Our machine can fill from 50 gr to 2000 gr depending on the volume of the product, as the filling tray accommodates it. It can easily weigh even products with flow problems thanks to the vibratory system feeding the filling tray.
- Our machine does not need air during operation. Therefore, you do not need to buy a compressor like in similar machines. You can easily operate it in the power socket where you charge your mobile phone. With this feature, it operates quieter.
- The smart microprocessor control board that controls the RYD-T120 semi-automatic weighing filling machine tests the flow speed of the product several times during operation, calculates the flow rate of the product to provide stable filling, and continues to the next filling more accurately. Thanks to this feature, our machine performs much more precise weighing than other machines. In a machine with well-adjusted product discharge channel settings, the filling precision will be around 1 gr even at 2.5 kg.
- All parts of the machine are made of SUS 304 Stainless Steel. In this respect, the machine is suitable for GMP, FDA standards. The inner base of the machine is also stainless steel. With this feature, you can reuse the products poured into it.

Working Method of RYD-T120 Weighing Filling Machine
- It pours the product from the 20L volume product feeding bunker into the weighing tray.
- It randomly makes the first two or 3 fillings to learn the required filling speed.
- When it reaches the target weight, it makes a short beep, and makes a long beep if it exceeds or falls short.
- After weighing is complete, it waits for you to press the pedal. It does not make a new weighing until you press the pedal.
- When you press the pedal, it opens the product discharge cover and keeps it open until the weight on it is zero or close to zero.
- After the lid is closed, the vibration works again to re-weigh.
- If the product in the product feeding bunker decreases and the vibration power is excessive during filling, it tries different vibration speeds after the filling which it cannot adjust the flow rate precisely, and aims to achieve the closest weight to the target weight.
- If the product runs out in the product feeding bunker, it continues the vibration for a certain period of time. If it cannot complete the weight, it stops the filling with a long beep sound. It does not make a new weighing until you press the pedal, empty the product in the weighing tray, and press the start button again.
