TM 1900 / TC-925 is an advanced technology sublimation calendar machine developed for high-performance fabric and paper transfer printing. It increases the production capacity of businesses by offering speed, energy efficiency, and safety together, especially in textile and industrial production.

Superior Technical Equipment

The machine provides high heat resistance with its Ø 925 mm oil-heated cylinder system. The system can print up to 1900 mm wide, achieving a production speed of 4-10 meters per minute and offering a production capacity of up to 4000 meters in 10 hours. Thanks to the special oil reduction system, it reaches 210°C in just 60-65 minutes, saving time.

It has a strong structure in terms of energy performance. While operating with a 56 kW resistance power and 58 kW total power capacity, it consumes an average of 30 kW/hour of electricity. The 7-inch LCD control panel allows for easy monitoring of the machine's instantaneous electricity consumption, cost calculation, and operational status.

Precision and Efficiency

Automatic temperature and pressure control ensures the safe operation of the system during sudden temperature changes. The double-sided air pistons automatically adjust the felt average. Additionally, in thick and stitched fabrics, the pneumatic extra pressure system is activated to achieve flawless printing results. The paper winding and unwinding processes are carried out quickly and practically with tension-adjustable air-powered winders.

Safety and Control Systems

The machine is equipped with safety features such as 4 emergency stop buttons, a rope switch, a front barrier, and a felt alarm system. In case of power outages, it offers uninterrupted operation with manual cooling lever, UPS, and generator support.
