Top Loader Powder Coating Oven
General Features
Top Loader Powder Coating Ovens operate semi-automatically.
Thanks to proper engineering and reinforced insulation, heat savings have been maximized.
Top Loader Powder Coating Ovens are not operated from the ground like Box Type Ovens.
Products grouped by a pallet conveyor mounted on the oven ceiling are automatically directed into the oven.
This feature eliminates problems caused by the ground.
Top Loader Powder Coating Ovens are preferred in many industries such as Steel Door, Agricultural Industry, Chair, Table, Aluminum Profile, Steel Cabinet, Electrical Panel, and Automotive Industry due to their low initial investment cost and usage advantages.
Top Loader Powder Coating Ovens have 3 stations.
1 – Loading Station
In this section, products that have been painted are hung to be directed into the oven.
As the Hanging Trolley fills up, the Sliding Oven Doors open and are pushed into the oven.
2 – Oven Interior (Cooking) Station
The cooking process begins as it enters the oven. (Entrance and Exit Doors are Closed)
(Meanwhile, since the Loading station will be emptied, newly painted products are hung at the Loading station, preparing the 2nd batch of products for the cooking process.)
3 – Cooling and Unloading Station
After the cooking process in the oven is completed, the Entrance and Exit doors are opened, and products in the Loading Area enter the oven, while the Cooked products inside the oven come to the Cooling and Unloading station.
In this section, the cooked products are cooled and unloaded.
This way, continuous product painting is achieved, providing time and fuel savings.
