Touch Screen Control Panel Meat Fermentation Room
The microprocessor control system is used for the automatic control of cold smoking, drying, cooling cabinets, air conditioning and defrosting units, and boiling water heaters. It can be designed according to product types.
- Air-conditioned rooms carry out heating, fermentation, maturation, drying, and cold smoking processes.
- The air-conditioned room ensures the optimum flow, speed, direction, and renewal of circulating air; these are fundamental assumptions to achieve uniform distribution of temperature and humidity in the space.
- Designed for a humidity range of 65-95% at a temperature range of 18-30 °C, under conditions of up to 98% steam. The dehumidification capacity of the standard unit is on average 3% in 24 hours, depending on the type of product, storage, and manufacturing technology.
- The air-conditioned room is aimed at plant economy and cost reduction.
- The user-type unit is a concern that meets the process conditions of the most produced durable thermally processed and unprocessed products. All components are designed to minimize pressure loss in all technology.
- The configuration of the technology allows achieving high efficiency while maintaining the compact size of a machine room. The air-conditioned compartment can operate either fully enclosed or with fresh air supply, as it can be in a combined box form. Process control of the working room according to absolute humidity reduces heating and cooling power consumption by 20%. Fresh air intake reduces cooling power consumption to 0 in winter and by 50% during transitional periods. After the maturation process is completed, the room can be put into a waiting state with the most suitable climate for storing products with minimal weight loss and low energy costs.
- Air-conditioned chambers are equipped with an advanced control system that perfectly controls a process that has progressed every minute.
- The current microprocessor control system of air-conditioned rooms provides the temperature, humidity, speed, and direction of circulating air, fresh air intake, and renewal of circulating air.
- The room humidity control system operates on the principle of absolute humidity using the enthalpy of ambient air and can be used in three states: closed (summer), combined (transitional period), and open air (winter). Depending on the design, various paths of air flow in the room can be utilized.
KSH Climatic Circulation chambers are produced in flow systems as follows:
Classic - vertical flow of incoming air into the room through side channels with changes in the amount of air coming from the left and right. Exhaust air is discharged through ceiling ducts.
DAF1 - changing vertical and horizontal air flow of incoming air from the side panel with changes in the amount of air coming from the left and right. Exhaust air is discharged through ceiling ducts.
DAF2 - changing vertical and horizontal air flow of incoming air from the side panel with changes in the amount of air coming from the left and right. Air exhaust is carried out through ceiling ducts in vertical air flow and through lower side panels in horizontal air flow.
