It standardly rivets capped, sunk, nipple and 33.5 rivet capped and uncapped nails.

Spare molds and channels for each product are available.

If desired, 12.5 mm and 8 mm riveting molds can be made and more product varieties can be riveted.

Our KM 5300 Machine, which is suitable for versatile use, has easy operation, simple product change technique, adjustable feature for each product, and technological equipment that can work with high performance without material selection.

It rivets approximately 3,500 pairs of pants in 8 hours with a 1-2% waste rate.
