The Vacuum Product Feeding Elevator is a vacuum feeding system used for the automatic transportation of powder and granule products to filling units such as screw, volumetric, or scale filling units found in packaging machines.

It can be used to transfer food products such as spices, ground coffee, whole coffee beans, ice cream powder, cocoa, whipped cream, salt, and sugar to the filling system of the packaging machine.

The transportation process is carried out using vacuum created by compressed air. Products are transported to the filling unit through vacuum-resistant flexible hoses with a diameter of 56 or 76 mm. Thanks to the flexible hose structure, it allows for a more compact arrangement, especially in businesses where there is not enough space for horizontal packaging line installation.

The easily detachable structure of the parts in contact with the product allows for faster cleaning processes during transitions between different products.

Operating System

The products to be packaged are taken into the 800 mm round bunker. Thanks to the vacuum created using compressed air, the product is drawn through the vacuum-resistant flexible hose and transferred to the filling unit of the packaging machine.

The system can be used for product feeding in screw, volumetric, or scale filling units. Depending on the application, flexible vacuum hoses with a diameter of 56 mm or 76 mm can be preferred.

The 0.25 kW speed-controlled vibration motor used in the hopper helps to transfer the product to the feeding point in a regular manner.

Flexible Hose Transport Structure

One of the important features of the vacuum product transport system is its ability to transfer products with flexible hoses instead of fixed mechanical transport lines.
