The MBS V-IVB 30 is an industrial vertical balancing machine equipped with a safety enclosure, designed for checking finished products and balancing workpieces using the weight addition correction method. Its protective enclosure ensures that balancing operations are carried out within a safe and controlled working environment. With a working rotor weight range of 1 kg to 30 kg and a rotor diameter range of Ø 60–450 mm, it delivers high precision for static balancing applications of plastic impellers and disc-shaped components operating at high speeds with tight tolerances.

Offering a precision of 50 mg, a 98% unbalance reduction ratio, and a 0°–360° correction angle, the V-IVB 30 is powered by a 2.2 kW AC motor, a 2.2 kW 3-phase inverter, and a belt-pulley drive system. Featuring a 25-second position search time and a 45-second balancing cycle, it is optimized for mass production. The system is managed via a 17-inch LCD monitor, Windows Vista OS, and Balans StudioTD 722 software, supporting Turkish and English languages along with A4 report printing.
