Liquid Tanks
Liquid Storage Tanks
| In VOLDE's extensive production range of dosing and prescription automation systems, there are liquid tanks made of epoxy-coated carbon steel or stainless steel that many industries need. These tanks are produced in horizontal or vertical configurations with unique designs tailored to customer and process needs and specific consumption volumes. They work seamlessly with automation systems thanks to the equipment and sensors on them, and offer effective filling and emptying operations with options like gear pump, centrifugal pump, and diaphragm pump. Tanks can also be equipped with advanced weighing systems to accurately measure the quantity of liquid inside them. Not only storage tanks, but also agitated tanks and reactors are manufactured.
Tanks are equipped with level sensors for users to monitor the liquid level inside the tank.
Temperature fluctuations can affect the quality and properties of many substances. Therefore, some tanks are designed with integrated heating or cooling jackets to provide temperature control.
Liquid tanks include features such as overfill prevention mechanisms to manage internal pressure for ensuring occupational safety, pressure relief valves, and grounding systems to prevent static electricity accumulation.

Mixing Tanks
| Mixing tanks are designed for homogeneous mixing of various liquids and are used in food, chemical, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and many other industries. Custom-designed products with tailored design and functionality are developed according to application needs. Tanks are made of stainless steel or epoxy-coated carbon steel, which exhibit superior resistance to corrosion. Tanks contain different types of mixers such as anchor type, propeller, impeller, and disc, optimized for liquid properties. They offer a wide range of capacities from small-scale laboratory tanks to large-scale industrial tanks. Some tank models are equipped with heating or cooling jackets for applications requiring maintaining content at a specific temperature.
Liquid Tank Features
| Liquid tanks can be made from various durable materials. They are manufactured from stainless steel, carbon steel, or carbon steel reinforced with epoxy coating for added durability, depending on the application.
Many liquid tanks are used not only for storage purposes but also for mixing. The mixing mechanism in tanks can be a basic anchor or impeller for simple mixing tasks.
These tanks are designed for efficiency and often include multiple flanged inlets for filling, emptying, and sampling stored materials when needed.
Some chemicals or products can emit gas, making ventilation critically important. Properly designed tanks allow safe discharge of these gases, preserve the integrity of stored materials, and ensure safety.
