Wet Paint Wood Drying Oven

BOYMAK Wet Paint Drying Ovens operate on the principle of loading the workpiece into the oven either by a hook or manually.
The baking and drying ovens are manufactured in a disassembled form by constructing them on a chassis made of sandwich panels. The drying oven panels
are insulated with 50 mm glass wool or polyurethane insulation material as standard. Due to this insulation feature, the heat losses of the drying oven
do not exceed the ambient temperature (± 10) degrees. Air circulation in the drying oven is provided homogeneously by a cell fan placed on the side or
top of the oven.

BOYMAK Wet Paint Drying Ovens operate in a closed circuit. Thanks to the exhaust fans placed on the top of the oven, the solvent vapor generated inside the oven is expelled at regular intervals. This eliminates the pinhole and fire risk. With the EU5 filters placed on the top of the oven, dust that may come from the outside environment onto the part is retained at a rate of 98%, thus maximizing surface quality.

The air adjustment is made through adjustable vents located on the opposite wall of the oven. Temperature control is done with a thermocouple placed inside the oven. BOYMAK Wet Paint Drying Ovens automatically stop when the desired temperature is reached. The baking oven can be adjusted up to 0-70 °C via the digital clock on the temperature control panel. The room dimensions are designed according to the dimensions of the parts to be painted.
The doors used in the ovens are sliding type. Sealing has been ensured.
