Main Features
PCK-121 conveyor bag sealing machine can quickly and effectively seal many types of bags such as nylon, metallized, zippered, and similar. It increases production capacity with a 12 meters/minute banding speed and extends the shelf life of the packaging. Bags are sealed in three stages: first, adjustable width high-temperature bonding is done with lower and upper heating jaws, then the seal is fixed with rapid cooling, and finally, strong leakproofing is provided with pressure rollers. The Teflon belt heating system does not damage the bag and automatically completes within seconds depending on the conveyor speed. It is compatible with doypacks, nylon, kraft, aluminum, zippered, autoclave, metallized, and bellows bags.
