Half Bridge Wastewater Treatment Scraper

Tidap Linear Type Scrapers are used to remove oil and foam accumulated on the surface in prismatic pools and tanks from the wastewater environment. The bridge, which provides linear movement over the pool via a motor reducer, performs the scraping process with the help of a paddle. Linear scrapers can be manufactured in desired sizes.

Rotary bridge scrapers, manufactured for collecting oil, foam, and bottom sludge in circular sedimentation tanks, are quite effective equipment in the efficient operation of sedimentation tanks. The scrapers we manufacture in different shapes and sizes are;

• Fixed bridge (Center driven)

• Rotary bridge (End driven)

are grouped into two categories.

Fixed Bridge (Center Driven Scrapers)

Used for scraping the bottom and surface in circular type sedimentation tanks, they are manufactured for pools with a diameter of up to 7 m mounted on a fixed bridge.

Rotary Bridge (End Driven Scrapers)

TIDAP Rotary Bridge Scrapers consist of a supporting structure located in the center of the pool, a rotary bridge, and a walking mechanism that moves over the outer wall of the pool. They are preferred in pools with a diameter of 7-20 m.
