MBS H-IRB-150 Horizontal Balancing Machine

The MBS H-IRB-150 is an industrial horizontal balancing machine designed for the static and dynamic balancing requirements of medium-weight rotors. With a rotor weight capacity ranging from 10 kg to 150 kg and a standard bed length of 1200 mm, it provides high-precision balancing across a wide spectrum of parts, from fans and propellers to electric motor rotors, turbine rotors, cylindrical mils, and drums.

Supporting maximum rotor diameters up to Ø 800 mm and a mil diameter range of 5–130 mm, the H-IRB-150 is equipped with a 2.2 kW motor power. The standard belt drive system is suitable for mass production and yields the most accurate measurement results on components with a cylindrical surface where the belt rests. It performs simultaneous measurements in single or dual planes using the MBS Balans iBalancer software.

• On-Machine Correction (Optional): Enables correction directly on the machine without removing the part, via optional side or top drilling unit add-ons.
