The Gulpack GLP-Y1 is a versatile and highly efficient horizontal packaging machine with a packaging capacity of 30-90 pieces per minute. This model features two different packaging systems: Moving Jaw and Reverse Moving Jaw, making it ideal for packaging high, heavy, long, and multiple products. Parts that come into contact with the product are made from food-safe AISI 304 stainless steel and the machine is CE certified.

Moving Jaw Packaging Machine:

In this model, products are placed into the package using pallets in the feeding unit. Once the product is wrapped, the bottom sealing is performed using discs. The product then passes through a disc group, and the upper sealing is performed with the help of the moving jaw, resulting in pillow-type packaging. The packaged product is transferred to a box via a conveyor. Product counting can be done optionally for the left-right box.

Reverse Moving Jaw Packaging Machine:

In this model, the product is placed into the package from the top, and guide lines or logos are used to ensure proper placement. The product is wrapped and the bottom sealing is completed using discs. The upper sealing is then performed using the moving jaw, and the product is packaged into a pillow-type package. The packaged product is transferred to a box via a conveyor. Product counting can be done optionally for the left-right box.

Pillow Packaging:

Both models create pillow-type packaging, which is also known as three-side sealing. This packaging method is highly popular due to its ability to operate at high speeds and its low film cost. Compatible packaging materials include:
