FİMAK Tubular Heated Oven is produced as steam tubular and stone bottom. It operates with a closed-loop heating system. The combustion chamber is made of heat-resistant concrete and bricks. Purified water is heated and turned into steam, surrounding the baking layers and radiating heat. The base and ceiling of each layer are directly connected to the tubes. Each layer is made of stainless steel. Products are baked on special mixture stones suitable for food materials. The layer covers are made of heat-resistant glass.
