As UNBAK Makine, with our 33 years of experience in Rollform machinery, we have produced the IC-5500SA, a domestically manufactured machine within our ICARUS^® Light Steel Structure Machine segment, capable of pulling 2.7mm sheet metal and working with multiple dimensions.

With the IC-5500SA, you can easily produce Tiny Houses, Steel Containers, Single or Multi-Story Structures, and Steel Constructions. It allows for the quick production of floor slabs between intermediate floors. By reading the data from the design software, the profiles produced and coded with a printer during production can be easily assembled using the provided assembly map. The IC-5500SA can effortlessly produce Wall Panels, Truss Beams, Intermediate Floor Slabs, and Roof Trusses based on your design.

The IC-5500SA can produce multiple base dimensions with a maximum of 2.7mm S350 high-strength sheet metal quality in a single machine. It can easily work with sheet thicknesses suitable for your project.

All components used in the IC-5500SA Light Steel Structure Machine are manufactured by globally renowned brands and are suitable for long-term use.

The IC-5500SA, designed by Turkish engineers and manufactured in Turkey by UNBAK Makina, features machine control software developed in-house. Our software is continuously updated by our software team, based on years of experience and field feedback.

UNBAKALLIN1 (Design Once, Produce Steel Construction and Roof-Wall Seams) The UNBAKALLIN1 system is available exclusively on UNBAK machines worldwide. With this system, our customers with the UNBAK IC-XCLAD Seam machine can automatically produce steel construction and Roof-Wall seams with a single USB disk after designing the structure.

We provide 24/7 service to different continents worldwide. In Turkey, our service response time is a maximum of 10 minutes via phone and video support, and if part replacement is needed, it is done within a maximum of 2 days via cargo.
