Polygonmach Stationary 160'da üretilecek betonun cinsine ve özelliklerine göre pan mikserler, tek milli mikserler, twinshaft mikserler veya planet tip mikserler kullanılabilir.

Polygonmach Stationary 160 concrete batching plant can be equipped with cement silos of different sizes, from 50 to 500 tons of storage capacity, according to the needs and conditions of our customers' projects. If the cement is supplied in bags, the cement is easily filled into the silos thanks to the big bag opening and silo loading systems integrated into Polygonmach Stationary 160.

Our company knows very well that climatic conditions have a great impact on concrete quality. While the Polygonmach Stationary 160 concrete batching plant in cold climatic regions such as Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine and Northern Europe is heated with hot steam generators and insulated panels, the concrete water to be used in Polygonmach Stationary 160 concrete batching plants is cooled with chillers in hot regions such as the Middle East, GCC or African countries.

Aggregate pre-feeding systems are our alternative solutions to loading ramps required for loading bunkers with loaders. If aggregate pre-feeding systems are used, the need for loading ramps is eliminated.

Different layout and site plans for the Polygonmach Fixed 160 concrete batching plant are applied according to the conditions of the site where the concrete batching plant will be installed, and if the field dimensions are limited, the aggregates are transferred by hopping crane system instead of belt conveyors.
