240 Kg Rail Exterior Cleaning System

A lightweight type of facade cleaning system with movable, double-row rail fixed boom located on the building terrace. The boom length can be produced between 2.5 meters and 5 meters according to the building facade. Double-person motorized or drum platforms can be used according to the project and request. Its horizontal movement is guided by double rails or a single rail on a concrete surface. In order for the machine to work on all facades, a minimum of 2 meters of backward movement from the parapet is required.

Easy access to corners is provided thanks to the +45° rotating jib arm mounted on the boom end. Access to the desired point on the facade is provided with the motorized rotation capability of the main body. The hydraulic system allows the distance of the working platform from the facade to be adjusted and the platform can be parked on the terrace. All movements can be controlled from the control panels on the main body and the working platform. Optional cable control or steel wire control system can be applied. SIS 85-10 series facade cleaning system is preferred for buildings up to a height of 400 meters.

The double safety rope safety lock system, rope tension control, and other safety measures provide a secure working environment. Operator errors are prevented by overload detection system, lower collision preventive bar, limit switch, and upper limit switch. Production and installation are carried out in accordance with European standards EN 1808.
