600 Kg Mobile Vibration Big-Bag Filling System

The Tuna Big-Bag Filling System is designed to operate in industrial heavy conditions. Semi-finished products in the factory area can be bagged as Big-Bags. The system consists of a sturdy body, hydraulic elevator, weighing unit, transport unit, and control panel.

In the weighing system part, SB stainless steel load cell, Tuna T360L Indicator are used. It can fill up to 0 kg - 2,000 kg as the desired capacity. The system is hydraulic and it is an automatic weighed Big-Bag Filling System. The system can fill at a capacity of 20-40 t/h with a precision of 1/1000.

It is designed to be used in full industrial and heavy conditions. Thanks to its hydraulic system, it ensures that the filled product fits perfectly. After filling, Big-Bag transfer is easily done thanks to the euro pallet design. It is a system that does not have space and height problems. With the control panel on it, daily, weekly, monthly... weighing information can be obtained, these weight information are automatically recorded on a flash disk or transmitted to systems like MRP, SAP via ethernet.
