With the Product Not Present Package Not Present System, when there is no product on the product conveyor, the package pulling and rotating cutting jaw system stops to prevent package wastage, and when there is a product on the conveyor, it automatically starts.

With the No Gap No Cut System, to prevent the product from entering the package in the wrong position and getting stuck under the rotating cutting jaw, the rotating cutting jaw stops when a product comes in the wrong position and automatically continues after the product passes.

The Flat Print Jaw System provides a higher quality and more robust stitch. Therefore, flat sealing is used in applications where package leakage would be a problem. Applications where leakage and even the smallest possibility of air leakage should not occur, such as MAP (Gas Flushing System), Wet Wipes.

The GM 103FS User-friendly touch screen allows all settings to be made via the touch screen. Moreover, with the regional alarm system, all alarm statuses are displayed visually and in writing. Packaging speed can reach up to 90 packets/min. It is a suitable solution for packaging products such as Wet Wipes, Wet Towels, MAP Packaging, Cold Sandwich, etc.
