One of the key features of ALTUNTOP Doner Car Furnace is the high efficiency provided by even heat distribution, regular air circulation, and well-designed heat exchangers.

Thanks to the heat exchanger used, high heat saving is achieved compared to similar machines in its class, and the desired product quality is ensured.

The combustion chamber (furnace) is made of special heat-resistant stainless steel alloy that can withstand more than 1000 degrees Celsius.

With the cassette steam system, it produces a high level of steam to ensure that each ceiling is sufficiently fed.

After the product is cooked, there is a hood and aspirator system to prevent the dispersion of hot air and steam into the production area.

Our furnaces, which operate with the burner system, can be easily mounted to narrow and long pastry and bakery shops as the burners are mounted on the sides.

The front panels, cooking chamber, and covers are made entirely of stainless steel sheet.

The oven interior lighting system placed on the doors provides excellent illumination compared to other ovens.

Optionally, touch, digital, or manual control panel is installed.
