Established as a family business in 1953 by brothers Ismail and Ibrahim Sahin, Sahinler Makina initially produced textile machinery and sewing machines and later continued with belt-driven and gear-driven drills and saw bench production in the 60s and continued with shovel manufacturing in the 70s. It made its first export to Germany in 1979. After 1980, it restructured as a joint-stock company and focused on sheet metal processing machinery production. It produced the first PK-40 Profile - Pipe Bending Machine in Turkey in 1983, the first 3R HS 20 - 210 Hydraulic 3 Ball Cylinder machine in 1989, and the first HKM - 45 Hydraulic Combined Shears Machine in 1991 and realized its export. As one of the largest manufacturers in its sector globally, Sahinler Makina, with its three separate factories and 300 employees in 25.000m² closed area today, continues to serve in the machine manufacturing sector. It exports to 55 countries around the world.
