1 Ton Lifting Capacity Rotary Welding Positioner

 

Welding can be performed on workpieces ranging from 50 Kg to 50,000 Kg by positioning them with a crescent gear or hydraulic open adjustment, using TIG, MIG/MAG, and submerged arc welding. The positioner, which is often needed for the workpieces to be welded, moves on two axes.

 

On one of the axes, the table to which the workpiece is attached can rotate 360 degrees, while on the other axis, it can rotate 90 degrees in the opposite direction, and the positioning will be achieved through speed control of the rotations. Special works and designs can also be made for the production of liftable positioners.
