Hydraulic welding positioners are available for loads ranging from 250 kg to 30000 kg in standard sizes. The structure of positioners is designed according to the most suitable configuration for the rotation and tilt of the table.
Positioners consist of body, motor, table rotating and tilting systems, electrical panel, and remote operator control unit, and have the best structural protection. Positioners for heavy workpieces are fixed to the floor.
The table has T-slots optionally or as standard, providing the capability to quickly clamp the workpiece. Table rotation and tilt are made with steel straight gear transmission systems.
The table rotation speed is controlled by the remote control system with a 5m cable, which the operator can easily adjust. Optionally, PLC can be implemented in all models.
