The Gulpack GLP-Y5 Mobile Jaw Packaging Machine is designed for packaging high, heavy, long, and multiple products at a rate of 10-30 pieces per minute. This machine comes in two configurations: Mobile Jaw Packaging Machine and Reverse Mobile Jaw Packaging Machine, offering flexibility for different packaging needs. Built with AISI 304 quality stainless steel in the product contact areas, this machine is CE certified and suitable for both food and industrial applications.

Key Features:

• Mobile Jaw Packaging Machine: Products are placed between the pallets in the feeding unit, where they are guided into the packaging. The wrapping process begins, followed by bottom gluing with the help of discs. The mobile jaw completes the bottom bonding, forming a pillow pack. Once the product is packaged, it is transferred to a parcel using a conveyor. Optional product counting can be done on the right-left box, depending on customer requirements.

• Reverse Mobile Jaw Packaging Machine: In this version, the product is placed directly into the packaging. A guiding auxiliary line or logo on the packaging helps with accurate placement. Discs at the top of the product facilitate wrapping and bottom bonding. The mobile jaw then completes the bottom bonding, forming a pillow pack. The packaged product is transferred to a parcel via a conveyor, with optional product counting.

Pillow Pack Packaging:

Both models produce pillow packs, also known as three-sided bonding, which are popular due to their high-speed operation and low film cost. This packaging style is suitable for a range of materials, including:
