Operation Method of RYD-T125 - 50-2500gr Powder and Granule Filling Machine

1. It pours the product from the 25L volume product feeding bunker into the weighing vessel.
2. It randomly makes the first two or 3 fillings to learn the required filling speed.
3. When it reaches the target weight, it gives a short beep; when it exceeds or falls short, it gives a long beep sound.
4. After weighing, it waits for you to press the pedal. It does not make a new weighing until you press the pedal.
5. When you press the pedal, it opens the product discharge cover and keeps it open until the weight on it is zero or close to zero.
6. After the cover is closed, the vibration works again, and the machine re-weighs.
7. If the product in the product feeding bunker decreases and the vibration power is excessive during filling, it adjusts the required vibration speed precisely after unsuccessful filling. It tries different vibration speeds until it reaches the closest weight to the target weight.
8. If the product in the product feeding bunker runs out, it continues the vibration for a certain period. If it cannot complete the weight, it stops the filling with a long beep sound and does not make a new weighing until you press the pedal and empty the product in the weighing vessel.
