Nowicki MA-1000PSCH is a marination and seasoning drum specially designed for vacuum massage and tenderizing processes during the production of products such as meat and chicken doner. This device increases the effect of the marinade absorbed into the meat, making it more delicious and tender. The cylindrical body structure and herringbone interior design ensure equal impact on every piece of meat while the rotation and working time guarantee optimal processing of the meat. This system, integrated with a cooling unit, shortens the product acquisition time, increasing efficiency and thus speeding up production processes.
The structural design of the device is made of acid-resistant, fully stainless steel, ensuring long life and durability. This design maintains both the performance of the device and hygiene conditions at a high level. Additionally, the microprocessor-controlled Siemens unit offers users the ability to monitor and adjust the process with high precision. Thanks to the frequency converter (USDoterm Drivers), speed and other parameters can be controlled more precisely. The programming capacity provides flexibility to the user, while the programmable time of up to 600 hours accommodates all production needs.
The double-walled humidity control in the device, along with the air-separating drum and BUSCH vacuum pump, ensures excellent efficiency during the vacuum process. The vacuum capacity can reach up to 95%, preventing air from entering the meat and increasing the effectiveness of the massage process. The double-walled body cooling provided by the cooling unit ensures that products are processed at optimal temperatures, improving the flavor and texture of the meat. Additionally, energy efficiency is achieved by using environmentally friendly R504 or R407 refrigerants, minimizing environmental impact.
The vacuum process and massage process are managed by a user-friendly control panel. Vacuum operations can be easily performed with programming and electronic control options. Thanks to the automatic discharge and cleaning features, users can quickly and practically maintain the device. Furthermore, with the manual control option, operators can intervene manually when needed.
To achieve perfect results even with the most delicate meats, the Nowicki MA-1000PSCH is equipped with two semi-helical massage blades. These blades ensure good binding of proteins without damaging the texture of the meat. The device has a processing capacity of approximately 500 kg of product, while the chamber capacity is 1000 dm³. The cylinder speed can be adjusted between 0-12 revolutions/minute, allowing for processing at an ideal speed according to different types of meat and processing needs.
