1000 Kg Standard Welding Positioner
YKS BSRPOZ 1000
Welding positioners are available for standard sizes, ranging from 250 kg to 30000 kg loads. The structure of positioners is designed according to the most suitable configuration for the rotation and tilting of the table.
Positioners consist of body, motor, table rotating and tilting systems, electrical panel, and remote operator control unit, and provide the best structural protection. Positioners for heavy workpieces are fixed to the ground. Optionally or as standard, T-slots are available on the table, which enables quick clamping of the workpiece.
Table rotation and tilting are made with steel straight gear transmission systems. The table rotation speed is controlled by a 5m cable remote control system that the operator can easily adjust. Optionally, PLC can be implemented in all models.
