The NSD-100 semi-automatic single nozzle liquid filling machine is suitable for filling many low and medium viscosity liquids such as fruit juice, water, turnip juice, low viscosity shampoo, liquid soap, milk, liquid oil, mineral oil, and syrup. Its electro-pneumatic structure provides precise dosing, and the honed suction piston and drip prevention nozzle system help ensure clean and accurate filling. It is designed for filling products in the range of 10 ml to 100 ml.

The drip prevention nozzle design prevents product loss and bottle contamination after filling. The machine can be operated in automatic timer mode or pedal-controlled manual mode. Since it can directly suction from tanks, barrels, buckets, or tanks using the immersion method, there is no need to transport the product to the machine, reducing operation time. The emergency stop button allows the machine to be safely stopped in case of need and contributes to creating a working environment compliant with the Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331. The seals and gaskets in contact with the product are made of antibacterial silicone material, providing hygienic filling and creating a system compliant with GMP standards.
