·         304 quality stainless steel is used in the meat processing units and all connection equipment of the machine.

·         304 quality stainless steel sheet is used in the hopper (meat loading hopper) and its casing.

·         A sensor is located on the top cover considering human health and work safety. When the top cover is opened, the electric current coming to the machine will be cut off by a special viewer, thus your machine will not operate.

·         The casing (meat exit hopper), screw (auger or ball), nut (bushing) and meat inlet throat are made of 304 quality stainless steel casting.

·         A stainless steel key is available for removing and attaching the nut.

·         In the second speed, fresh meat can be ground; if fresh meat is to be ground, the main switch should be turned on, and the machine should be operated in the 1st speed for 2 or 3 minutes, then the 2nd speed button should be pressed to operate in the 2nd speed.

NERVE SEPARATION ATTACHMENT FEATURE

Visible thick nerves on the meat are removed with a knife, and the meat is cut into long pieces and thrown into the hopper. The adjustment nut on the nerve separation attachment should be tightened by hand to the right before the machine is operated, and then loosened by 1 or 2 turns, and the nerve separation pipe should be pulled forward by hand. When the machine is operated, while the minced meat comes out of the front cavity holes, the nerves and fibers of the meat will be separated from the meat through the nerve pipe. The waste rate is between 3% and 6%.
