In our Packaging Waste Sorting Facilities, recyclable materials such as various plastics, metals, papers, mixed, contaminated wastes are collected and then fed into a specially designed sorting facility for this mixture to be sorted according to waste types. The success of the treatment of waste fractions is primarily related to the selection, which significantly increases the recovery rate.
MT offers solutions starting from basic systems for more complex facilities that include increasingly sophisticated, manual or mechanical, and specific machines and equipment to achieve fully compliant results with existing regulations regarding waste disposal. We design and produce sorting systems for the separate collection of paper and plastic, as well as for the selection of industrial and municipal wastes. Facilities vary depending on the amounts of waste to be processed and the materials to be selected. The sorted materials are then compressed in an automatic or manual wire-bound Horizontal Baler.
Sorting facilities are generally used to select various materials such as paper, PET bottles, wood, aluminum cans, and iron. The selected materials come from the collected containers, and the separated materials can then be resold in paper mills, plastic or steel factories. MT produces modular facilities that can be modified to accommodate higher workloads. As with all our facilities for selection, the entire line can be customized according to customer requirements.
With our Packaging Sorting Lines, raw materials such as paper, cardboard, plastic, wood, aluminum that can be obtained from a product considered waste can be reused indefinitely.
