GROUNDSMAN 12180TM is a grass root aeration machine mounted on a tractor for golf courses and football fields.

With 12 powerful crank arms, it creates elliptical striking motion to open desired holes at a fixed depth without damaging the grass.

It is easy to use and maintain. Dual, triple, quadruple, quintuple, and grouped pipe holders that can be easily disassembled and assembled allow for the attachment of both hollow and solid pipes.

The 12180TM, which can be used with 28-30 HP compact grass tractors, has a working width of 180 cm and can penetrate up to 20 cm deep, creating holes in the compacted and airless upper layer, allowing grass roots to breathe and enabling chemical nutrients to easily reach the root zone. It prevents surface drainage problems. 

With its fast and quiet design, it can perforate 8,134 square meters of grass area per hour.

The optional collector equipment, which connects to the 12180TM, collects the debris that comes out during the perforation process with hollow pipes simultaneously. This saves labor and time.

Another type of collector equipment (flexblade core collector) that is independent of the machine can also collect after the perforation process is completed. It is a flexible system that is not affected by the undulations and irregularities of the surface.

The surface leveling (surface iron) equipment attached to the 12180TM smooths the surface by performing a cylinder operation. It is a flexible system that is not affected by the undulations and irregularities of the surface.
