Compared to traditional Ribbon Mixers, the MX series Wing Mixers have superior mixing performance. The uniquely designed wings can mix the material more aggressively due to being more inclined than the ribbons in a Ribbon mixer and can move more material with a single rotation.

Wing (Paddle) Mixers can be used anywhere mixing is used, including but not limited to combining, fine mixing, distributing, suspending, emulsifying, deaerating, tempering, accelerating chemical or physical reactions, breaking down agglomerates, etc.

OPERATION PROCESS The mixing vessel is filled with a capacity of 30% to 70% and the necessary empty volume is provided throughout the entire inner volume of the mixer for particles to disperse individually. The wing-shaped mixing elements create intense axial and radial movement, causing the product to move along the mixing area.

The product is automatically discharged while the machine is running, preventing any segregation. The construction material is made entirely of AISI 304 Stainless Steel material.
