The welding machine is designed for different types and sizes of chassis and various sizes of fabricated beams.
The system consists of a chassis clamping fixture (table), chassis pressing apparatus (tack welding bridge), and chassis welding apparatus (welding bridge).
The tracking of the welding area of the system is ensured by a mechanical tracking system.
With the chassis welding machine, double-sided welding can be tracked simultaneously by a single operator, resulting in high-quality welds.
According to customer requests, gas-shielded or flux-cored welding methods can be applied.
A chassis welding machine can be designed according to the customer's needs and demands.
