The girder welding system; has a structure in the form of H, I, T and ceiling vic girders that allows for simultaneous welding from both surfaces of the structural (steel construction) girders and ensures alignment through pressing tools.
In this system, gas-shielded and flux-cored welding are used.
The workpiece is continuously welded under pressure from above and the sides, thus preventing warping and bending in the material.
The girder welding system is designed for simultaneous welding from both surfaces of the structural girders and for alignment.
