These ovens are manufactured in three types, capable of operating with diesel, natural gas, or electricity. All types and sizes of bread and other bakery products are produced on a stone base. The stone material is specially developed for health-conscious production, allowing for baking even at very high temperatures. The hot gases produced in the combustion chamber of the oven circulate around the baking chambers, ensuring their heating. The baking chambers are made of steel plates, and there is no leakage of combustion gases from the gas channels into the baking chambers. The design of the gas channels and baking chambers ensures that the same temperature is achieved during baking in each chamber and at every point of the chambers. The insulation of the chambers prevents steam leakage from the inside to the outside. Steam, necessary for achieving the desired color and thin crust formation in bread and similar products, is provided from steam generators.
