• This filling machine is specially designed for the filling of various materials such as non-sticky powders, crystalline products, and granule products, up to 5000 pieces daily.
• Our machine can perform filling from 2 grams to 100 grams, depending on the product volume, fitting into the weighing scale.
• Since the device does not require air during operation, you do not need to purchase a compressor that may be found in other machines. Therefore, it can be easily used in a socket where you charge your mobile phone and provides quiet operation.
• The smart microprocessor control board of the GNL-101 semi-automatic filling machine optimizes the pouring speed for stable weight by testing the product flow rate several times during the filling process. Thanks to this process, our machine can achieve more accurate weighing compared to other models; the filling accuracy is around 1 gram even at 2.5 kg.

Working Principle
• The product is transferred from the 20-liter feeding hopper to the weighing scale
• The first two or three fillings are done randomly to determine the required filling speed
• It gives a short beep when it reaches the target weight, and a long beep when it is above or below the target
• After the weighing process is completed, it waits for the pedal to be pressed
• When the pedal is pressed, the product discharge lid opens and remains open until the weight is close to zero
• After the lid is closed, the machine restarts the vibration to perform the next weighing
• When the product in the hopper decreases, it tries different speeds to reach the target weight
• When the product is completely finished, the vibration continues for a while longer, and if the weight cannot be completed, it gives a warning and stops the filling
