Easy to Clean Flanged Ferrule System

Thanks to the easy-to-clean flanged ferrule system at the connection points of RYD-S, surfaces in contact with the product can be disassembled and cleaned within a few minutes without any tools or technical equipment. This way, you will never have a problem with hygiene in your productions.

Anti-Bacterial Seals and O-Rings.

All seals, o-rings, and gaskets located at points in contact with or not in contact with the product in RYD-S are made of antibacterial silicone material, thus providing maximum hygiene conditions at points in contact with the product, allowing you to produce in compliance with GMP conditions.

Precise Dosing Mechanism

Thanks to the precise dosing lever on RYD-S, which has a 0.5 mm error margin, it allows you to work with minimum fluctuation rate across multiple filling ranges with a single machine. As long as you do not change the dosing setting, it will always work at the same measurement.

Emergency Button

Thanks to the emergency button on RYD-S, regardless of the machine's position, it retracts the piston and brings the machine to a safe position. RYD - S is a machine compliant with the occupational safety law numbered 6331. It does not require any additional modifications to comply with the law.

Hose Suction System

By connecting RYD-S to depot or tank discharges with a clamp, it can also perform suction from sources such as drums, buckets, or containers using the immersion method. It does not require you to struggle to bring the product to the machine's mouth. It also performs the first suction itself, minimizing your time loss.

Automatic and Manual Mode

RYD-S can operate in two different modes according to your production speed and shape. With the pedal switch provided free of charge with the machine, you can operate it in manual mode or automatic mode with a timer. Drip Prevention Nozzle

Machine Body: The machine body and all metal surfaces are made of SUS 304 Stainless Steel. The Tee, Clamp, and Flange sections of the machine are made of SUS 316 Stainless Steel.

Optional Features

         1) Depending on your needs, surfaces in contact with the product can be produced from SUS 316 or a different material.
         2) RDY-S can also be produced to work with products that need to be filled at high temperatures. 
         3) For foaming products such as milk, ayran, etc., during fast fillings, a nozzle that can rise and retract during filling can be added to increase your production speed. 
         4) In cases requiring use on the filling line, it can be produced with sensor triggering. 
         5) Optionally, a counter showing the number of fillings can be added.

Types of Products It Can Fill

For example: All liquid types suitable for suction, such as fruit juice, water, turnip juice, low viscosity shampoo, liquid soap, bleach, milk, liquid oil, and mineral oil varieties, as well as medicines and syrup varieties, thinner, liquid paint varieties, etc. We can perform trial filling for your product sample, except for products that cause staining and permanent damage.

 RYD- S2 Double Nozzle Filling Machine

RYD - S2 allows you to fill two products simultaneously in addition to all the features found in the RYD - S series. If you wish, you can produce two different products with two different weights at the same time with a single machine. Despite having the equipment of two machines, its price is more attractive compared to two machines.

RYD -  S is produced in our facilities in Turkey. Our company works largely in stock for the standard filling range models of RYD - S series liquid filling machines. You do not need to waste time with long waiting periods after making a decision.

Special Productions:
RDY-S can be produced in different filling ranges suitable for your needs, outside of standard filling ranges. In non-standard productions,
the delivery time is between 5 to 20 days. The filling nozzles can be produced in different sizes according to your needs. In cases where you need to work at 110V or different voltages, the machine can be produced according to your needs.
