✓ Filling nozzles: Equipped with a bottom filling system, it can have 4/6/8/10 nozzles based on demand.
✓ The nozzles can be easily adjusted to different packaging sizes. They have a tip closing mechanism, preventing dripping and contamination of the bottles.
✓ Weight adjustment of the machine: Adjusting the weight is very easy through the PLC screen.
✓ The machine also features an extra adjustment mechanism to balance differences between filling nozzles.
✓ Materials used in the machine: All parts that come into contact with the product are made of 316 stainless steel. Other external surfaces, protective covers, and legs are made of 304 stainless steel. Some internal parts and mechanisms are made of aluminum.
✓ Filling capacity of the machine: At constant air pressure (8 atm – 750 lt/min for 1,000 ml), the average capacity is 2000 – 2500 units/hour, depending on the type of packaging.
