Kamesh Welding KWBKM-2000 Pipe and Length Welding Machine

It is designed for welding cylindrical, conical, and rectangular shaped workpieces and flat plates for length welding.

Workpieces with diameters between 100-3000 mm can be easily welded on different machine types.

Our machine offers the ability to weld from the inside and outside and is manufactured from 1 meter to 4 meters in length.

In some special cases, the length can be increased further.

Currently, workpieces with a minimum thickness of 0.60 mm can be welded.

In submerged arc applications, the thickness can go up to 20-25 mm.

Length welding of materials such as boilers, water heaters, solar energy boilers, cooling tanks, natural gas chimneys, LPG cylinders, etc. is done on this machine.

Submerged arc, gas shielded, TIG, etc. welding systems work synchronously with our machine.

Thanks to the PLC screen, it is very easy to use, and entering different recipes for reporting and tracking is very simple.
