It is designed to perform length welding on cylindrical, conical, and rectangular shaped bent workpieces and flat plates.

Workpieces with diameters between 100-3000 mm can be easily welded on different machine types.

Our machine offers the ability to weld from the inside and outside, and it is manufactured in lengths ranging from 1 meter to 4 meters.

In some special cases, the length can be increased further.

Currently, workpieces with a minimum thickness of 0.60 mm can be welded.

In submerged arc applications, the thickness can go up to 20-25 mm.

Welding of materials such as boilers, water heaters, solar energy boilers, cooling tanks, natural gas chimneys, LPG cylinders, etc. is performed on this machine. Submerged arc, gas shielded, TIG, and other welding systems work synchronously with our machine.

Thanks to the PLC screen, it is very easy to use, and entering different recipes for reporting and tracking is very simple.
