About ARB PC230 25-Liter Plastic Crushing Machine

The ARB PC230 Plastic Crushing Machine is an industrial crushing machine developed for the preparation of waste and scrap generated during plastic production processes for recycling. It allows the controlled crushing of plastic residues from injection, blow molding, and extrusion lines to be included in recovery processes.

Thanks to the improved blade geometry and high-strength blade group, it supports the effective crushing of different plastic production wastes. The PC230 model has a mouth width of 200 x 230 mm and a crushing capacity of 150-200 kg per hour. The system operates with a 4 kW motor power and includes 2 fixed and 6 rotating blades.

The compact and ergonomic body structure facilitates the use of the machine in production facilities without taking up too much space. Its design suitable for maintenance and cleaning provides operational convenience, especially in production environments where different plastic materials are processed.

Shipping and Delivery Information

• The machine should be shipped with appropriate industrial packaging to protect the motor, crushing mechanism, fixed and rotating blades, electrical components, and body during transport.

• During delivery, the machine body, 200 x 230 mm crusher mouth, motor, blade group, safety sensors, and protection mechanisms should be checked.

• It is recommended to use appropriate lifting and transport equipment during the unloading and placement of the 250 kg PC230 model.

• There should be sufficient workspace left for raw material feeding, crushed material output, cleaning, and periodic maintenance in the installation area.

• Before the first commissioning, 2 fixed blades should be checked.
