The 800G Ground Loader 1.5 kW is a vacuum raw material loading system used to automatically transfer granule raw materials from the point of collection to the machine hopper, dryer, or other raw material feeding equipment in plastic injection and extrusion production lines. Thanks to the ground-mounted motor unit, it can be used especially in applications where placing the motor on the machine is not preferred.

Vacuum Raw Material Loading System

The 800G Ground Loader, thanks to the vacuum it creates, allows the plastic granule raw material to be drawn from the storage point and transported to the target hopper via the hose line. Thus, the need for the operator to continuously load raw materials manually into the machine is reduced.

The automatic loading system helps maintain the raw material level and ensures more orderly production, especially in injection and extrusion machines that operate continuously.
