Feeding Models:

1. Rotary Table Model:

   • In this model, the product is placed into chambers on the turntable of the feeding unit.
   • The product then moves to the jaw group, where it is wrapped and sealed.
   • Using a collar pipe, the product is wrapped, passed through the disc group, and sealed to form a pillow pack.
   • The finished product is then transported to a parcel via an output conveyor.

2. Conveyor-Fed Model:

   • Similar to the rotary table model, products are placed into chambers on a conveyor belt.
   • The product is wrapped and sealed through the disc group using the collar pipe and formed into a pillow pack.
   • The sealed package is then transported by an output conveyor.

3. Motion Control (3 Servo) Model:

   • This advanced version of the machine offers the same packaging features but enhances the process with 3 servo motors for motion control.
   • The motion control system allows easy adjustments of the package length and eccentricity via the touchscreen, eliminating the need for mechanical intervention.
