Model Options:

1. Rotary Table Model:

   • The product is placed on a rotary table and fed through the disk group for bottom sealing. Once it reaches the jaw group, the top seal is applied, and the product is packaged in a pillow pack format. The packaged product is then transferred to the output conveyor.

2. Conveyor Feeding Model:

   • Products are placed on conveyor belt trays and moved through the disk group for bottom sealing. Once they reach the jaw group, top sealing is performed, and the finished package is transferred to the output conveyor.

3. Motion Control (3 Servo) Model:

   • This model features additional touchscreen controls for adjusting the package size and eccentric adjustments without the need for mechanical changes. It also includes a jaw protection system to prevent the formation of empty packages.
