30 Ton Container Tipping System ST-CT20

Container Tilter is designed to raise the load of the container to the highest level. It is based on technology with 4 different possible variations to adapt to different conditions. CT is controlled by an operator and it is also possible to weigh the container during loading. CT can load loads at different angles between -5° and 90°.

How it works:

  1. The truck driver opens the trailer pins; the CT operator starts working

  2. The operator uses hydraulic to align the pins with the container holes on one side

  3. Once one side is secure, the operator repeats the process for the other side and lifts the container from the trailer

  4. After the trailer leaves, the operator opens the container door and the container can be lifted vertically

  5. After loading or unloading is completed, all operations are performed in reverse order
