3000 Kg Standard Welding Positioner
YKS BSRPOZ 3000
Welding positioners are available for standard sizes, ranging from 250 kg to 30000 kg loads. The structure of positioners is designed according to the most suitable configuration for the rotation and tilt back and forth of the table. Positioners consist of body, motor, table rotating and tilting systems, electrical panel, and remote operator control unit and have the best structural protection.
Positioners for heavy workpieces are fixed to the ground. T-slots are available on the table optionally or as a standard, allowing rapid clamping of the workpiece. The table rotation and tilt back and forth are made with steel gear transmission systems.
The table rotation speed is controlled by the remote control system with a 5m cable that the operator can easily adjust. Optionally, PLC can be applied to all models.
