Four-wheel steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and ductile iron cut with only a 90° - 110° handle movement range. Only a 4” (102 mm) clearance is needed around the pipe. Strong guide fingers ensure perfect wheel alignment for smooth cutting. The closed 360° frame allows all energy to be directed to cutting the pipe with maximum efficiency and productivity.
There is no spark emission during cold cutting. This is the only hinged cutter that follows every schedule and is the recommended product for ductile iron, steel, and stainless steel under Schedule 100. This tool is a Reed invention.

NOTE: S= Steel / Stainless steel; I= Cast and ductile iron; X= Schedule-80 steel; XX= Schedule-100 steel. Wheels are interchangeable for cutters of the same size. Reed cutter wheels are recommended for Hinged (Menteşeli) Cutters™. Reed wheels are made from high-impact resistant steel in CNC machines and are then precisely heat-treated. This results in thinner profiles and stronger blades, thus:
